Starting this October, households across the UK will see a £400 reduction in energy bills to help heat your home in the coming Winter months. This discount will be made in equal instalments, with a £67 price reduction each month from October through to March 2023. You don’t have to do anything, it will show automatically on your energy bill. You won’t have to pay it back either!

The Energy Price Guarantee helps protect you from increases in energy costs by limiting the amount suppliers can charge you for the energy you use and has reduced the amount of money we all pay for our energy.
We want you to feel safe and secure in your home, so that you can put down roots in your local area, become a part of the community and be able to plan for the future, without worrying that you may have to move out of your home at the end of your tenancy agreement (usually five years for fixed term tenancies).
