In March 2022, we wrote to you to let you know that we were entering into early discussions with Swan Housing Association about a potential partnership. Following an in-depth due diligence process, partnership talks have ceased.
From 1 October, the Government’s ‘Energy Price Cap’ will be replaced by the ‘Energy Price Guarantee’. What this means is that the Government is limiting the average annual household energy bill to £2,500 for two years, which is well below the previously announced cap of £3,549 per year.
