Your national insurance number is used for any exchanges with the Department of Work and Pensions about your universal credit.

Date of birth

Your date of birth is used by Orbit to confirm your eligibility for a tenancy. This is also used to provide the age of household members to MHCLG for statistical monitoring purposes.

This set of questions are used by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) and by Orbit for equality and diversity monitoring.

Your employment information is used by MHCLG for statistical monitoring and by Orbit to inform discussions with you about coaching services we may be able to provide.
