Our annual rent review and what it means for you

Each year we carry out an annual rent review where we make sure that the rent you pay is in line with current Government legislation. The rent that you pay is important as it helps us to care for your home and make sure that it’s safe and comfortable to live in.

Delivering an excellent customer experience Last year, we travelled to several of our communities across the East, South and Midlands to raise awareness of our customer engagement activities - whilst at the same time collecting feedback to shape our future services for residents.

Providing high quality, safe and sustainable homes It seems that everywhere we turn these days, we hear about costs going up – energy, fuel and even our weekly food shop. We want you to know that support is on hand and that there are several ways we can help you.

Bringing positive change to places and communities The winners and runners up from our wildlife photo competition have been chosen! We were overwhelmed by the number of entries we received and loved seeing pictures of the wildlife outside your window!
