On 3 July, Phil Andrew joins us as our new Chief Executive Officer. Not only does he bring with him years of experience working with other charities and companies with a strong social purpose like ours, he also has first-hand experience of growing up in affordable housing. We met with Phil prior to him starting with us, to learn more about him and ask him questions that came from our own Engaged Customer groups:
