As part of our Good Neighbour campaign, we are sharing stories from those in your communities who are truly are making them thrive. Here we meet Pat and Rita, residents at our Queensway Scheme in Warwickshire and scheme besties since 2015.

Having a sense of community unites us. It gives us the opportunity to connect with people and improve our wellbeing by helping us feel safe and secure.

As part of our Good Neighbour campaign this month we are sharing stories from those in our schemes who are really enjoying their time there and want to share their experience.

Over the last few months we received an outpouring of nominations from you for our Good Neighbour awards. We were overwhelmed by the volume of nominations and truly inspirational stories which have been shared. This has made choosing a winner particularly difficult! After creating a shortlist, we worked with our Engaged Customers who helped us select our overall winner of the awards.

We believe in providing an environment for our customers that gives everyone an equal chance to live, learn and work – free from discrimination, harassment, victimisation and prejudice – space where everyone can thrive.
