- The promoter is Orbit Group Ltd, a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and registered with the Housing Regulator.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter, customers will need to submit the Customer Engagement Survey and tick the option to enter the prize draw within the survey providing contact details.
- Entrants must be a customer of Orbit and their name or a family member’s name must be on the tenancy/lease agreement for the property where they live.
- Employees of Orbit or their family members shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
- The prize draw will run from Thursday 8 September 2022 closing at midday on Monday 26 September 2022. After this date and time no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The combined winners of the prize draw shall receive food shopping vouchers to the total value of £300. This consists of three individual prizes – 1 x £150, 1 x £100 and 1 x £50. The winners can select the food store for which they would like vouchers. There is no cash equivalent.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- We will notify the winners by 30 September 2022. Three winners to be drawn at random.
- By entering the prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
