Free data gifting with Good Things Foundation form
Through our Better Days programme, we’ve partnered with Good Things Foundation to help us offer free data SIM cards and vouchers to those of you who don’t already have internet access in your home and would like to. If your application is successful, we’ll send you a SIM card or data voucher provided by either Virgin Media, O2, Vodafone or Three. We’ll use the information provided in the form to gift your data from a provider you already use (where possible).
Review of your application request takes approximately four weeks. If you receive a free SIM card from us, we’ll do our best to provide you with one from your current network provider (if you have one), however we aren’t able to guarantee it as there are limited quantities available. If you already have a SIM card in your device and want to change to another provider, you should contact them to understand any charges you may be responsible for if you are still in contract. Also, unlocking a device to make it compatible for this support is your responsibility and your SIM card is only useable for 30 days once you’ve activated it. This support is subject to availability from our suppliers and there may be a delay with your application depending upon the number of SIM cards that are available.
Your application will be reviewed by our Better Days team and we’ll send you a text message to update you on your application with the mobile number provided on the form below.
To be eligible for our free data gifting, you must:
be an Orbit customer
be over the age of 18
currently have no internet access in your home
not have received more than three free data gifting grants within any 12 month period.
We reserve the right to reject applications based on criteria and this support can be withdrawn with immediate effect at any time.
Your personal data will not be shared. For more information on how we treat your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
* Please be aware that your application can take up to four weeks to complete.
