Feeling low, stressed or anxious? Is this stopping you from doing what you want? Then Breathing Space, a FREE 24/7 mental wellbeing support service, could be for you.

We work with a range of partners including Mental Health Matters (MHM), The Befriending Scheme, Support Northamptonshire, Mind in Bexley and Re-Instate to provide you with FREE access to 24/7 help and advice, online or by phone.

You may also be able to access personal and confidential face-to-face support from qualified support workers.

Want to get out and meet new people?

There are different ways we can help you including keeping in contact with your family or helping you to get out and meet new people.

Our Super Surfer grant can help you get online. We can even teach you how to make video calls so you can talk to and see your family. To apply click here 

If you’d like to get involved with a local club or learn a new activity and meet new people, our Kick-Starting grant can help you get out and about. Our staff will contact you and find out how we can help and what’s available in your area. Click here to apply.
