Together with Tenants is a housing sector-wide programme that is working towards strengthening the relationship between residents and housing association landlords.
The charter looks to create a more positive relationship with all our customers and ensures that we are directly accountable to you. We value your voice and experience as our customer, which is why we signed up to take part in 2019.
Working with our engaged customers, we’ve put together a steering group which helps us make sure that we are listening to customers and following through on our commitments. We have also formed several working groups with customers and frontline employees, who work together to review specific areas of our business and ways we can improve services for all our customers.
The commitments within the charter are captured within our Customer Promise.
